Sa Pangunguna ng City Mayor's Office - Integrated Barangay Affairs (CMO-IBA), kasama ang City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO),City Health Office (CHO), City Engineer's Office(CEO), Office of the Building Official (OBO), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), at mga Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Associations (RWSA) ng Heneral Santos, tayo ay makiisa sa celebrasyon, makilahok at matuto ng karagdagang kaalaman upang masiguro na may malinis na tubig sa bawat tahanan.
