𝗖𝗠𝗢-𝗜𝗕𝗔 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁

City Mayor's Office - Integrated Barangay Affairs GSC successfully underwent the 2nd Internal Audit of the Quality Management System in compliance of our ISO 9001-2015 last December 6, 2022 at 4th Floor, Investment Action Center, General Santos City.

Internal Quality Auditors from Local Civil Registrar, Ms. Jessica Songcog, and from Office of the Building Official, Mr. Gregory Karl San Juan, checked the progress of the office in the integration of the Quality Management System on the standard processes, procedures, work instructions and guidelines.

They also commended the office for the great accomplishments in addressing non-comformities during the 1st Internal Audit on the first quarter of 2022.

Mr. Helemer Potestad, the Community Affairs Officer II, highlighted the standardized templates used in every procedure including the integration of Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Evaluation, updates of the QMS portal, and the progress of the planning documents. Mr. Romel Anguring, the PDOI and QMS Focal Head of CMO-IBA, presented the availability of QMS Cabinets for safekeeping.

Moreover, all program focal heads and administrative staff of the office participated in the aforementioned audit to explain better the overall progress.
